100+ FTE (Non-ACR) Renewals will be released by your renewal representative.

Renewal Notes:

Customers may receive a survey asking for prior year FTE counts to determine underwriting segment. Please advise customers to complete in order to assist with timely renewal release.
Eligibility Changes & Billing: Invoices generate approximately the 10th of each month. Any elgibility changes made after the 10th of the month prior to renewal will not be captured on the following month's invoice.
You can confirm if customers need to complete a participation and eligiblity verification survey here. If required, forms are also available at this location.

If your policy has 10-49 Enrolled Subscribers and begins with 5400-xxx, renewals are available on MyAllsavers.com.

All other 10-49 Enrolled Subscribers UnitedHealthcare Level Funded renewals are available on Uhceservices.com

51+ Enrolled Subscribers Renewals will be released by your renewal representative.
